Philip is a fitness writer, blogger, certified personal trainer, and the founder of ThinkingLifter.com. He has spent the last nine years writing fitness content, as well as training men and women in the gym. He also performs online training as part of his services.

His passion is fitness and exercise, and helping others improve their fitness and wellness. He is a full-time student, and teacher, of all things fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
